License Agreement (Exclusive License)
1. Overview
By purchasing a music track from GETBGM, you (the “Licensee”) are granted a full and exclusive license to use the music. Once a track is sold, it is immediately removed from our store and will never be resold to any third party.
2. Permitted Usage
This license grants you the right to use the music in the following ways, worldwide and in perpetuity:
* **Commercial Projects:** Video games, mobile apps, software.
* **Media Production:** Trailers, YouTube videos, films, and advertisements.
* **Unlimited Distribution:** No limits on the number of copies sold, downloads, or views.
* **Editing:** You may loop, cut, fade, or mix the music to fit your project.
3. Ownership and Exclusivity
* **Exclusivity:** You are the sole owner of this license. No other user will ever be granted a license for this specific track after your purchase.
* **Copyright:** The intellectual property and copyright of the composition remain with the original creator, Yukinori Kikuchi. However, you have the exclusive right to use the music for your projects as described in this agreement.
4. Prohibited Actions
* **Resale and Redistribution:** You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the music track as a standalone file (e.g., as part of a music library or asset pack).
* **Copyright Registration:** You may not register the music with YouTube Content ID or any other copyright management systems. This prevents false copyright claims against other users.
5. Credit
Credit is not mandatory, but it is greatly appreciated. If you choose to include credit, please use the following:

6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products and the exclusive nature of the license, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the download link has been sent.
